Game 1: 4-3 W (10). WP-Riley (1-1). Starter-Bradley (7 3 3 3 2 5). HR-Haro (11), Casas (2/39). Taj took a no-hitter in a 0-0 game into 7th before losing it and giving up a 3-run Pete Alonso blast, but Haro hit a 3-run shot of his own in the bottom of the inning and Casas walked it off with his biggest hit since joining the Rays.

Game 2: 2-1 W. WP-Khattak (12-4, 6.2 3 1 1 2 8). S-R.Rodriguez (20). HR-Casas (3/40). Like Taj yesterday, Khattak took a no-hitter into the 7th, lost it there and gave up an RBI single to Pete Alonso. But that was it for the Mets and Casas' solo shot and Yordan's RBI double held up as the Rays beat a very good Mets team once again.

Game 3: 12-6 W. WP-Evans (10-5, 5 1 0 0 2 11). HR-Arakawa (13). The Rays routed the Mets to complete the sweep thanks to another dominant Donye Evans outing and lots of offense, including another huge game from Casas (3-4, double, triple, 4 RBI) and 3 RBI from Caminero. It was 12-0 going into the 9th before the hapless JP Sears gave up 5 runs and Gerald Ogando had a rough time before getting the final out.

Team record: 62-50. The sweep enabled the Rays to pull within one of Boston, as close as they've been all year. Next up: Detroit visits for 3 games.
