Training - I hope it reflects a more realistic day-to-day practice schedule for a hockey team. Let me as coach decide if off-days will have team practices, individual drills, physical strength training, video sessions, or the day off completely. Certain drills would improve certain skills, etc etc etc.

Scouting - Forgive the possible blasphemy but I'd really like you guys to borrow from EHM on this. I'd like to be able to assign scouts to specific leagues or regions, and depending on a scouts attributes they can handle different workloads (one scout can handle 4 leagues, another one can only handle 2). Playing as LIU in NCAA at the start I would have only a few scouts looking in the northeastern junior leagues, NAHL and USHL, but as my program grows I could expand my scouting to BCHL, AJHL, etc etc.

Here's hoping, but no matter what I'm sure I'll enjoy FHM 10

The scouting actually use to be similar to what you're looking for, but they did away with it for some reason. I'm guessing in an attempt to simplify it.
