Both teams are going to need some rebuilding decisions soon. Diamond City has multiple mid-30s pitchers heading into next season, including SP Sheng Kawolski (32), City Moore (36), and Josh Samm (33). Kawolski may be great trade bait to pick up a few decent players or a bevy of prospects.
Fort Hagen is in a similar but better position with two of its starters: Matt Hope (36) and X10-44 Mannson (37 simulated). They traded for Mannson hoping to give them a postseason boost, but both Mannson and Hope were shellacked in the playoffs.
Neither team has anything in their minors that can play for them anytime soon, so they will each have to dangle someone to stay relevant. We already know, though, that Moe Cronin is not keen on trading away his favorites, so we'll see.
