Columbus, Dayton, Fort Wayne, Marion, Toledo, and...
Louisville - transferred to Grand Rapids on 7/2/1901; in OOTP, their schedule will apply to the Grand Rapids franchise above

Schedule Characteristics:
<SCHEDULE type="ILN_BGY_G140_T8_C_" inter_league="0" balanced_games="1" games_per_team="140" start_month="4" start_day="25" start_on_weekday="5">
This schedule is primarily based upon the schedule printed in the 4/8/1901 edition of The (Louisville) Courier-Journal.
Each team plays 140 games; 10 home games and 10 road games against each team (3 series each, road & home, with two consisting of three games and one consisting of four games).
Season starts on April 25th and ends on Sept 22nd.
There are no regular off days. However, for reasons unknown (to me) there were seven league-wide off days: Mon 4/29, Wed 5/29, Fri 7/12, Thu 8/8, Wed & Thu 8/21 & 8/22, and Tue 9/3.
Doubleheaders on 5/30 for Decoration Day, 7/4 for Independence Day, and 9/2 for Labor Day. In addition, Columbus and Louisville were scheduled for a DH on Sun 5/26, and Ft Wayne & Columbus had a DH scheduled for Sun 9/22 (the last day of the season; this was actually scheduled as a Mon 9/23 game - which was after the end of the regular season - but I adjusted it to match the Sunday DH that was actually played). The DH's on Decoration Day and Independence Day matched up geographic rivals - Dayton/Columbus, Louisville/Indy, Marion/Ft Wayne, and Toledo/Grand Rapids. For Labor Day, the 1st two matchups held, but the other two matchups were Marion/Grand Rapids and Toledo/Fort Wayne.
Start Times
Actual start times not known. I used the following start times:
Weekday games start at 3 pm from the beginning of the season through June 7th, and from 9/15 thru the end of the season
Weekday games start at 4 pm from June 11th through Sept 13th
All Saturday games and all Sunday single games start at 1 pm
Doubleheaders start at 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm
The attached schedule is primarly based, as noted above, on the original published schedule. The only changes were to move two games that were originally scheduled on Mon 9/23/01 (the day after the close of the regular season) to Sunday 9/22/01 (which matched when the games were actually played). Whether the original schedule was intended to run through 9/23 and the schedule was subsequently change, or if those games listed as 9/23 were merely typos, I have no idea. The schedule most definitely does not make any adjustments for the multiple franchise moves, and any changes that occured because of them. It also does not factor in any games that were moved around due to rainouts & makeups, Sunday additions, etc.
No postseason games were played.
