Will their potential staY static or follow their aging arc? What if you set tcr to 1 vs 100 in this case for someone like Koufax? If set to 1 will he still play at an elite level forever?

Brad nailed it. I've had Britt Burns win as many as 300 games in a combined recalc/development league. I've had Koufax pitch well into his late 30's and I've had him retire as young as 35. I find if a player gets hit with a significant injury they may decline faster and therefore retire faster.
