I vote for a tonedown as well.

It seems the newly hired coach during the season doesn't get to start with a "clean slate". I'm playing an historical where Boston was struggling. They fired their HC about 50 games in the season. I have no problem with that. But they also fired its replacement about 25 games later. All in the same season. That part probably shouldn't happen. Or it should be ridiculously rare. I've seen it happen fairly often over the iterations of the game. It probably could use a bit of tuning, if possible.

Also the HC getting fired on July 1st just one month after winning the Jack Adams happens probably a tad more than it should.
