Can't submit offer
Hi Jeff,
Another one from me to do with contracts.
While a Free agent, I tried to sign Mikko Rantanen to as little as possible and when I eventually hit the sweet spot of 8 million/year I got both the "I'm not interested in further negotiations" and the "Please submit your offer" but I can't submit the offer.
He ended up signing weeks later for 0.5mil/year less with someone else.
