I don't believe you can convert the existing save to an online league and I don't think quickstarts can be online leagues. That being said, you could try creating an online league with the same teams and getting it to the same day in-game and copying all the files from the other save except for game_settings.dat (and possibly personal.dat). I've done something similar but it was on an older version.
