As the "Old Man" in the clubhouse, Jake Beckley has heard it all from his Chicago Cub teammates. While they may not let up on his age, the fact that Beckley took home National League Batter of the Month honors will get him some well-deserved praise from his team. In picking up the award, Beckley batted .377 (46 for 122) with 8 Doubles, 1 Triple, 22 Runs, 24 RBIs, and 3 Walks to finish with a slash line of .377/.391/.459 that resulted in 1.4 WAR and 0.87 WPA. This is Beckley's second PofM honor.
