The PT+ is good for 30 days and entitles the buyer to a "surprise".

But, the surprise is awarded on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and sometimes there are 35 days between 2nd Wednesdays. This means some buyers will be cheated out of their surprise and that opens your company up to a valid chargeback.

The remedy is to immediately change to issuing the surprise every 30 days (or every 4th Wednesday) to guarantee this does not happen again.
