This might be a dumb question, but is there a way for me to opt out of the auto-play stopping to tell me damn near every day that a player is "Almost back(!!!)"?

Like I already know the guy is injured and on the mend, I really don't need the game stopping the auto-play to inform me. I tried opting out of various email stuff in the Manager settings, but I can't seem to shake this annoyance. It's been bothering me since FHM 4 and I finally just now decided to actually ask for advice.
