Is there any way to change the number of players from each country after the game has been created?

I have a custom league with majors, minors and juniors. The region is set to USA and Canada for all leagues. I noticed that there are nearly twice as many American players as there are Canadian players.

I thought of maybe changing the region of the junior league to Canada only, but I'm not sure that will change anything at this point.
