Yeah, looks like it is save corruption, something interrupted the save process partway through and about 20 files, including some critical ones, are completely empty.
The save might not be completely lost: If you check in the rs_one or rs_two folders, you may have an intact backup in one of those; copying the files in that subfolder into the main folder, overwriting the ones that are there. That may let you load the game from a previous save point.
But more importantly, we need to figure out what's causing the interruption and corruption. The first thing to try would probably be switching your game data to a custom location; that should fix the problem if it's something related to where the saves are being stored:
On the start screen, go to Settings and then Misc. Go to Custom Data Path, and change it to a new location (ideally on a different hard drive, but at a minimum somewhere that isn't in your \documents folder.) Let it copy the files over, then restart your game and try starting a new test game, playing it for a while, exiting the game and saving it, and then restart and reload to see if the save process worked properly and you still have a working save.
