Sometimes when you place an order, it only goes through as a buy order, if there's no card for sale at that price. It's possible if there was a buy order up someone else may have bought them before your order was processed, and your order will wait until the next person tries to sell the card.
It looks like the order did complete eventually, so you should now have the card, likely in your inactive list.
