2305 Season Preview: NWL Features Most Talent Ever
It's not often that a top player in the prime of his career is going to play in the NWL. Should he remain all season before a CBO team offers some talent and caps, 1B Chase Doctorman of the Cherry Ghoulrillas may shatter the record books.
With the help of the Railroad's PAM assaultron, the BNN has made some predictions, including for Doctorman and the Ghoulrillas to run away with the Nuka Crown in 2305. PAM predicts Doctorman to hit .428 with 38 home runs and 107 RBI in 90 games. While only the homers number would be an NWL record, Doctorman would dominate in a league that has evened out between the offense and pitching.
At 59-31, Cherry would also dominate the South Bradberton Division, winning it by 13 games over Orange, which is predicted to finish second. In the North Bradberton Division, the Quantum Nukalurks are expected to eke out a tight division race with Victory expected to finish a game back. The Cave Crickets were the 2304 NWL champions.
Victory's SP Jesse Emacipated is expected to win the pitching award, predicted to finish 11-6 with a 3.40 ERA. Sooner Coen of Orange is expected to be the ERA champion, while SP Mike Coombaya of Cherry is expected to win the most games (14).
Below are PAM's predictions and the NWL's top players.
