Super Mutants Conspiring with Mirelurks?
From Commonwealth Reports - Due to an uptick in creature attacks on Commonwealth settlements, various forces are taking action to fight the nuisance. Specifically, reports have been related to what would be called behemoth and mirelurk queen attacks, though neither of those creatures have been spotted. CBO Commissioner Nate Howard is involved and has sought out one of his former companions, a human-friendly (sort of) super mutant by the name of Strong, to lead the coastal charge.
We here at BNN do not have all the information, but we will report it as it relates to the CBO. Just two days ago, there were acidic spittle attacks on an assembly of people in Salem, with one of those attacks hitting the Sunshine Tidings' outfielder B.J. Perez.
Unfortunately, though the attack seems to be those of a queen mirelurk, a gigantic creature not seen in or around the Commonwealth in about 15 years, there were no reported sightings of the creature itself. Likewise, boulders flung at passing vertibirds have not been accompanied by the usual suspects, behemoths.
Howard sought out Strong to hopefully find out more about the situation since other super mutants are not hostile to him. We will report more as we learn more.
To date, there have been six CBO players injured by projectiles in the past two months with two in the last week in the Salem area. Patrols have been increased in the areas where attacks were reported, but no creatures have yet to be found.
