Vancouver takes care of some contract business

The Canucks got some extensions in place today, announcing that young forwards Josh Anderson and Cole Cassels have been extended on identical three year contracts. Dustin Jeffrey also received a two year, two-way contract extension. Bo Horvat made a splash by putting pen to paper on a five year extension with an AAV of $2.35M.
