The short answer is all the “Live” series cards are very bad compared to all the other types of cards in the game. You can easily find bronze and silver level historical cards that are better than most or all the live series 100 cards.
There are two other Ohtani cards in the game a historical diamond card and a 100 “PT Elite” series card that are both much much much better. The PT Elite one was released very recently as is very playable.
Sadly the best thing to do with the Ohtani card you have is sell it.
