I don't know if I just need to manually move every player, go back to the backup file before expanding the league and teams, or something else.
Maybe it's time to incorporate financials and make it impossible for CBO players to move to the independent leagues. This is AFL/NFL-level sabotage!

I don't have experience running without finanicals (we've had this conversation before I believe), but I do know from people's comments elsewhere that roster caps that are low sometimes cause the AI to... get confused... I don't know a solution though.
