Just because it made me curious, here is how three sims played out, each with different engine settings:
The original sim (Own Team Games 2D, Rest Classic):
4.21 G/G total, 23.21 SOG/G per team, .909 save %
Re-run with All 2D Engine:
4.84 G/G total, 25.49 SOG/G per team, .905 save %
Re-run with All Classic Engine:
6.18 G/G total, 33.00 SOG/G per team, .906 save %
For reference, going into play tonight, the actual NHL stats:
6.22 G/G total, 30.63 SOG/G per team, .899 save %
