Sounds like you've checked most of the usual causes; the most likely one that remains is a storage problem. How much space is remaining on that drive? If there's still a lot, it might be a good idea to run some diagnostics on the drive (check your drive manufacturer's website for a tool, or HDDScan is a good freeware one) and make sure it isn't developing a problem - all of your saves suddenly getting corrupted at once is a bit alarming.
