Do you have trace files enabled? If you go to the Troubleshooting section of the OOTP Settings, you can Enable "Write debug info to file" or something similar to that, and then when the crash happens, grab the text file that's generated from the game files, and then you can upload that here so we can take a look at it to see what's going on and possibly figuring something out.
