I created a 16 team independent leage where non drafted and released players can go to play instead of sitting in FA.

I checked and saw that these players are receiving MLB service time. I don't want this skewing things on the chance they are picked up by an MLB team and have an accelerated time to arbitration etc.

How do I prevent the Indy league players from accruing MLB service time?
