Just an opinion and a suggestion:
Pittsburgh Grackles might show up a lttle better in black on the outside of the circular logo.
You might consider enclosing the team name and nickname with a banner or make it part of a circular logo.
No problem, if you don't agree... Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.
