Hi folks! I tried a scenario with the current MLB where I added a Babe Ruth clone to see how he did. He got drafted but did no more than low minors and then fizzled out. I wonder if anyone has tried this and what is the best way to import a historical player. I think I had him based on his 3 best years but I wanted him to start at 19 like he did in history. Not sure if he just sucks in this modern era or I should have did something different. All thoughts welcome! Thanks

I import historical players into all of my leagues. Ruth, for some reason, struggles in a modern environment the 1st few years. Ruth was a top 6 pick 4 years ago and made his EBL debut last season and did well in September but was injured late in the season and will miss most of my 2039 season. Along with going 4-1 4.40 I think he hit over .400 with around 6 HR. I use remaining years and for clones i clone them, delete the original and since this is basically a Star Wars league, he is from Kamino.

Here is Ruth from my ABF...this predates the 2 Way option. I moved him from SP to Of after so many years. He is the all time leader in HR by around 450.
