I'm going to tag along on this post as it mentions the 1913 Federal League. Recently a photo of the 1913 St. Louis Terriers went up for auction, and the logo for the club on the uniforms is different than any I have seen for a St. Louis team, and different from the logo used by the 1914 major league club. I'm attaching a couple of ones I cropped from the photo. I was hoping someone with better graphics skills than I could clean it up. Thanks in advance if you are able to help!
