I don't do it a lot, but sometimes it's just fun to sit back and let the game create history. I just wish I was better at going sifting through that history and pulling out storylines etc. I'm horrible at it. Therefore, I tend to like to watch one game per day in my leagues, so I can somewhat follow the day to day events as they take place. This of course, means it takes quite a bit longer to build history.
I so envy those that can sim and then turn the info from that sim into a huge story book.
