I have attempted to flesh out the neck in the image and correct the color in the face. Palette delivers good results for the most part but I find it most useful on backgrounds in quality images. Unfortunately, I have not seen or found a program that can wave a wand at images that are incomplete or from less than desirable sources (IE Newspapers and yearbooks) where the detail in the image is just not there. These sort of projects can require a great deal of outright creation and fabrication of new pieces which is difficult.
