It looks like a scaling issue. Markus makes suggestions here for folks that want different scaling:

On the settings screen there is also an option on the Expert tab, under "Use Optimized Image Resize" that can be turned on/off.
I think you are just scaled so big it is off the screen somehow.
Worst case you can scale Windows itself in Windows settings but that would affect everything you look at on the computer.
