The Cubs have the # 2 ranked minor league system according to
MLB.com. OOTP has them ranked 11 or 12, and a lot of the Cubs top 30 prospects need a significant talent bump, in my opinion. I won't list each one individually here. But harmonizing the OOTP Cubs prospects with the MLB.com top 30 list would be a good start.
