I saw where a bug with International Amateurs was fixed, but I've downloaded the update and simmed 5-6 seasons and much of the top 100 prospects (~70-80%) are complex/rookie league players. There's maybe a handful of guys in the top 50 who have advanced to AA, which seems pretty unrealistic in how top 100 prospect lists are evaluated. Seems like current overall value should be weighed heavier when creating the list.

I've uploaded the league, it's MLB01.
