As far as sinker/four seam, this is more art than science. Heavier gb pitchers we tend to give sinkers. Pitchers that show clear differences in the movements of their two and four seamers we try to give both but may also not do so where this might decrease the pitch values too much or if they are heavy flyball pitchers.

We're definitely always open to arguments for why to change a certain pitchers pitch mix, but it's not necessarily as easy as looking at once source and then just setting pitches according to that.
