I haven't, no--I think it briefly approached the top of my to-do list and then sank back down. Braden has done some 3D models of Negro League parks, which he mentions and points to here:
https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...&postcount=201. But I don't see that Greenlee is among them. You could certainly try your hand at it if you feel like it!
