Grape, Cherry to Play for Nuka Series
The Grape Painted Ghouls and Cherry Ghoulrillas will play for the 2307 Nuka Series. This will mark the Painted Ghouls' third Nuka Series and second straight. For Cherry, this is their sixth appearance, as well as second straight. Last season, the Ghoulrillas defeated Grape, four games to three. Grape owned a 6-3 regular season advantage over Cherry.

The Safari Adventure Gazelles (Wild) made quick work of the Grandchester Flying Ants (Cherry) in the Amusement Park Series, sweeping them aside to clinch the 1st Amusement Park League crown in Gazelles history. Bradberton had won the past four titles. The Flying Ants last won in 2302.
Safari Adventure sealed the series today at Angry Anaconda Field at Safari Adventure with a 9-0 victory. During the regular season play, the Gazelles notched a 49-35 record and wound up in first place in the APL North Division race.
"I won't say it was easy, because baseball games are rarely easy," said Safari Adventure manager Rack Toetip. "But I did expect we would have to play a much longer series."

Echo Lake, Far Harbor Meet in the Dynasty Breaker
After four straight seasons of the Dalton Farm Fog Crawlers dominating the Vim! League, the Echo Lake Harbormen overcame them to earn their first and only other Vim! Series appearance since 2302 when they defeated the Fog Crawlers, 4-2. For Far Harbor, they are making their fourth Vim! Series appearance. Their only win in the Series was in the first one in 2301 when they defeated Brooke's Head in a four-game sweep.

The Mount Desert Island League also ended this week with the Nucleus Radchickens (Eden Meadows) and Eagle's Cove Harpooners (Acadia) winning their divisions. They will now meet in the Mount Desert Island Series. For the Radchickens, this will be their third-straight appearance and third overall. They have won the past two seasons. The Harpooners are appearing for only the second time, defeating Glowing Grove in 2303.
