My laptop has the following processor



Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz, 1800 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)


But I still have sluggish video wise while playing the game, when i bought this it was on the lower bit of quality.


The thing is even this year while playing the game i'm finding that this is sluggish and sometimes i find that it lags so much that while a pitch is being made that it skips around here and there where i often dont see the ball being hit....so please tell me this. is there anything that can be done? is there a setting that i can change to fix this? being that the laptop id 5-6 years old would buying a usb video card fix my problem?



So please please help me what can i do after purchasing the game? what can be done? i have been buying this game for the last 4 years using this laptop and while i love the game but im about to ask for a refund even though i love this game or can you help me in any way,



I do have 24 gigof ram and i just dont know why this is happening, so please dont let this be one of those posts that no one responds to....please please help me figure this out


matt arnold and other team members can you please help me? otherwise i would like to request a refund ..but please im begging you can ypu please give me suggestions on how to resolve this sluggish video issue while im managing a game????
