It's not ideal, that's for sure. You can
see for yourself that it's not going to decently run any game less than 10 years at better than minimum settings. That said, it doesn't usually take a lot to run OOTP.
Have you tried setting your FPS to the minimum as pointed out
here? Maybe instead of playing in 3D view just switch to the 2D view.
