That's the built-in graphics processor that comes with the CPU, meaning you don't have a stand-alone graphics processor in your machine. Most built-in graphics processors are generally pretty terrible when it comes to doing anything 3d-related.
Pretty sure that's the same graphics unit on my Intel as well. I tried it one time when I had some driver installation issues with the Nvidia, and it wasn't pretty.
As the others have mentioned, you'll have to try setting everything to very low settings first, and if that doesn't work you may have to settle for 2d gameplay.
