Older Intel CPUs integrated graphics are barely enough to support a desktop experience, let alone gaming.
Notably, newer CPUs are getting there. Especially the APU-enabled ones from AMD can now game at low settings on big 3-D intensive titles.
An 8000-series Intel, though, is basically the graphics equivalent of death.
You should get a discrete GPU. Even a used Nvidia GT 610 would make a big difference over just using the CPU graphics from an old Intel without costing much on ebay. If you got something like a 1050ti, you'd have an excellent experience without having to rebuild the whole tower.
