Two Pet Peeves
Doesn't matter how poor an Outfielder is, he ALWAYS catches the ball when he dives. Even Players forced to take the position due to injury "without" a rating automatically become Willie Mays once they leave their feet into a dive. How come a BAD Outfielder cannot miss a catch sometimes, and the ball roll to the Outfield fence? It happens every once in a while in the real world.
I also hate the fact that almost 100 percent of the time, runner on third base only, the next batter see's either a Passed Ball or wild pitch. That is so unrealistic. It is almost every time.
