According to the OOTP manual, OOTP uses a version of "fWAR"

And Fangraphs says 50 grade hitters will record WAR 2.0.

It seems to work well in MLB of OOTP.
However, it doesn't necessarily fit in other leagues except MLB.

So I want to know how the correlation between 20-80 scouting scale and WAR is set up in other leagues like KBO or fictional leagues.
