I checked KBO stats just now and they match your table as well. Erik Fedde was the top pitcher in the league with a 6.3 WAR and he was very dominant last season for the NC Dinos. Of course, using MLB relative, Fedde is not going to be much higher than a 40, but KBO relative, he would be a 65+ easily.
