Advantage Rays...
Rookie Garrett Lambert was thrust into the spotlight starting Game 1 of the ALDS and came through in a big way, pitching 5 1/3 nearly spotless innings to lead the Rays to a 3-2 win. The bullpen made it interesting as usual and the offense left some meat on the bone which could have made it more comfortable but they did enough. Now we have a chance to head to St. Pete up 2-0 with Ryan Pepiot getting the ball.
