I don't know if using the #3 in baseball attendance in 1960 is a jump off to make the Pirates number one in revenue and attendance. I didn't get any market size increases even though leading MLB in attendance most years. However that attendance was propped up by ticket prices that were barely above average.
I think to have a possibility it probably require 3-4 pennants 61 to 65. Since the 1960 team quickly needs a rebuild that requires some good FAs being available.
Still, I'm sure I made plenty of mistakes and if anyone wants to comment on them please feel free to. I may try it again sometime and would be happy for the advice!
