Save the image to your desk top. Then go to Post Reply, and scroll down to Manage Attachments. A small window pops up - click Choose File and it will take you to where you can find the image wherever you saved it on your desk top. Highlight the image and click Open. It takes you back to the small window - hit Upload. You should then see something pop up under Current Attachments.
When you then hit Submit Reply, it should post along with your text.
