Hah. The OP has discussed the tweaks and updates elsewhere in the thread. Think of his work as both an updating of the default OOTP rosters through the end of Spring Training, and a tweak of prospect (and other) ratings to better reflect how players are expected to perform in 2024. In the past, his ratings have been spot-on, from my point of view.
That said, we all play the game in our own way. Look at some of the suggestions in the thread of how to modify the settings, and feel free to experiment. I think of these rosters as a solid database, and then I personally turn off player development, and increase TCR (Talent Change Randomness), so that player performance may vary from real life.
