The only thing I can think of is to have your league be even more aggressive in terms of pulling both starters and relievers. 30 holds to lead the league means you're probably giving out 2-3 holds for a lot of wins which in turn means that you're pulling your starter in the 5th or 6th and then the real life team is scripting the bullpen after that for an inning apiece. Or at the very very least you have a closer who goes exactly 1 inning and a setup man who always comes in before him.
