I see discrepancies between the summary report and the detailed report all the time--I would say more often than not. Usually small, sometimes bigger, hardly ever as large as your example.
I usually go by the detailed report. I have tried immediately ordering it again and moving the re-order to the top of lost to minimize elapsed time. Usually there is again a discrepancy between the summary and the detailed, but the 2nd detailed report is usually the same or nearly exactly the same.
