I always play with owner goals on just because of the problems it can create, I find it challenging and fun. My current guy is a miser too, always pulling dollars out and never increasing my budget, which has been declining now for 3 years running. He's 86 years old, so I'm waiting for him to die. We'll see what I get when he does... again, part of the fun!
