I've never experienced anything near 3 months, even when doing absolutely nothing about it. Especially then. I'm not saying players don't have crappy years, but as far as the game signaling that they are habitually underperforming (not sure how much that status truly means).
Very impressive outlier, though I imagine crazy annoying.
