2308 Nuka Cup Tournament Round Robin Comes to an End
All five series of the Round Robin Round have come to an end, and eight teams remain, the top two of each regional. Those teams will now move on to the Quarterfinals Round, with winners moving on to the Semifinals and Finals. This year, there will also be a 3rd Place Series, so the two losing teams in the Semifinals will play one more preseason series.
Nordhagen Beach Regional
Nordhagen Beach 3, Spectacle Island 0
The Slog 2, Starlight 1
Goodneighbor 3, Egret 0
The Ghouls did the unlikely, clinching the Norrdhagen Beach Regional as the 5th seed. Also, thanks to the Boys' series win over the Reapers, the Killers move on as the 2nd-place team despite their series loss.
Jamaica Plain Regional
Jamaica Plain 2, Easy Town 1
Quincy 2, Diamond City 1
Lexington 2, Salem 1
The #1 seed Red Rockets took care of business, clinching the Jamaica Plain Regional and eliminating last season's #1 seed in the NCA in the playoffs, the Assaultrons. Also, with Easy Town's loss, the Witch Hats clinched 2nd place as the #4 seed since they owned the tiebreaker over Quincy.
Roxbury Regional
Roxbury 3, Sunshine Tidings 0
Oberland 2, Vault 81 1
Concord 2, Nahant 1
Both the Rad Sox and T-51s won their series, meaning they both finished 4-1 atop the Roxbury Regional. SInce the Sox beat Oberland, Roxbury is the 1st-place team and Oberland is in 2nd.
County Crossing Regional
University Point 3, County Crossing 0
Bunker Hill 3, Fort Hagen 0
FHE 2, Atom 1
The Deathclaws won every series, making them the 1st-place team in the County Crossing Regional. The Bloodbugs had already clinched a Quarterfinals Round berth, so getting swept only meant that they will be on the road in their next series.
